Wedding Planning
Sweetheart Wedding Package – This package is aimed at those who want to plan their own wedding but would like the advice and inspiration from a professional wedding planner. One of our planners will meet with you for a 3 hour planning session in which we gather all your thoughts and ideas to get a better understanding of your needs for your wedding day. We then provide you with a list of recommended vendors and a planning tool kit to get you on your way to planning your own wedding.
Bliss Package – For weddings with less than 150 guests. Includes full planning of ceremony, rehearsal and reception with two planners. Confirmation of vendors leading up to wedding day and attendance at rehearsal and ceremony. Three in-person meetings, unlimited phone calls between 8am and 5pm. Full coordination of ceremony. Setup and cleanup of ceremony and reception decorations. Ensure reception is set and running as planned.
Bliss Package with Florals – Includes complete wedding planning as with Bliss package, plus design of wedding party bouquets, boutonnieres and corsages. Full access to our inventory of decor and linen.
Superior Wedding Package – For weddings with over 150 guests. Includes complete wedding planning as with Bliss package. Includes everything from planning to execution. We will take care of every detail for you so you can be free from the worries of planning your own wedding. Your wish is our command. Including wedding day attendance, unlimited in-person meetings, attendance at vendor meetings and tastings, contract review, tips and advice. Full access to our inventory of decor and linen.
Parties
Birthdays, anniversaries and showers, you name it. Elite Event Management will provide full service planning and design for all your social celebrations. We create custom designs based on your desired theme and handle every detail from logistics to setup. Our planners attend all events for the duration of the celebration, making sure everything runs on schedule and as planned.
We also offer complete children’s party packages, including decor, snacks and gift bags. You bring the cake, and we handle the rest!
